Welcome to the home of the Waynoka Roborails, Waynoka’s very own competitive robotics team.  We are made up of students in grades 7-12, and currently compete through BEST Robotics at the Heartland HUB hosted by the staff of NWOSU in Alva, OK.

Roborails Itinerary for Presentation Day

Nov. 1, 2024 @ Perceful Fieldhouse NWOSU

 

11:05am: Bus leaves from school

11:30am: Lunch (please bring money)

12:15pm: Setup in Perceful Fieldhouse

2:30pm: Marketing presentation

3:30pm: Team Exhibit

4:30 – 5:00pm: Arrive at School

 

Roborails Itinerary for Presentation Day

Nov. 2, 2024 @ Perceful Fieldhouse NWOSU

 

7:45am: Bus leaves from school

8:30am: Doors open

8:30-9:45am:  Robot Inspection, Team Photos, Game field open for practice

10am: Coaches meeting in HPE 106 (judges/volunteers please attend)

10:30am: Welcome/National Anthem

10:30am – 11am:  Practice Rounds  (each team gets 2 practice matches – scores do NOT count)

11am – noon:  Preliminary matches 1 – 7

Noon-1:15pm:  Lunch  (lunch provided for all volunteers/judges)

1:15-2:15pm:  Preliminary matches 8 – 14   (each team will have 8 preliminary matches)

2:30 – 3:00pm:  Finals  (top 4 teams)

Approx. 3:15pm:  Awards ceremony

4:30pm: Arrive back at school
